This is a coffee full of strawberry flavour splashing into your mouth. It has a vibrant and expressive that suitable for both filter and espresso.
 
Filter: silky, delicate, with hints of starfruit
Espresso: fuller body with a rich strawberry jam sweetness
 
Origin & Story
 
This coffee comes from the Rwenzori Mountains, Uganda (1,500–1,800 MASL), grown by around 350 smallholder farmers cultivating SL14 and SL28 varieties. The region’s fertile soil, paired with biannual rains and long sunny periods, creates ideal growing conditions.
 
While we haven’t yet visited Uganda in person, a trip is in the works—we’re excited to bring back more transparent, firsthand stories soon.
