Terms & Conditions

1. Terms of service 
1.1 This webshop is operated by Re-Co, registered in the chamber of commerce with number  95027572 and situated at Baden Powellweg 36 B, 1069LK Amsterdam. VAT:  NL005127098B61.
1.2  These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements and deliveries between Re-Co (“Re-Co”) and any consumer or business (“Client”) purchasing via www.re-co.nl.
1.3  By placing an order on the Website, the Client confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1.4  All agreements and transactions with Re-Co are governed by Dutch law.

2. Prices, Payment & Shipping
2.1 All prices shown on the website include VAT for customers within the European Union. For customers outside the EU, prices are shown excluding VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.
2.2 Re-Co reserves the right to adjust pricing and shipping costs to reflect supplier changes, taxation changes or transportation fluctuations.
2.3 Available payment methods in our webshop include:Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, iDeal, Apple pay and other methods listed at checkout. Re-Co reserves the right to modify available payment methods at any time.
2.4 The Client pays upfront at the moment the order is placed. We roast every Sunday and Wednesday and orders will be shipped the next day. Small orders in Amsterdam will be delivered locally on Thursdays and Monadays. Orders elsewhere will be shipped with PostNL. The client can follow the shipment with the track and trace number that will be sent to by e-mail. 
2.5 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:
Re-Co uses postal services of PostNL-  Standard Tracked Delivery (Not Insured)
•Netherlands: 2- 3 days 
•EU: 5–10 days
•Rest of World: 14–30 days

Clients outside of the Netherlands may be charged additional customs clearing fees implied by local tax regulations. These costs are the client’s responsibility. 

2.6 Re-Co will assist clients with locating parcels by providing track and trace codes and contacting PostNL when necessary.

2.7 Damaged, Missing or Faulty Items- in such cases client is asked to report the issue as soon as reasonably possible, by e-mail to reco.info.ams@gmail.com and ideally within 7 days of delivery. Re-co will handle each claim on a case-to-case basis and will do its best to provide a reasonable solution.  

 

3. Complaints and Warranty

3.1. Complaints regarding the product itself or the delivery must be reported to us by e-mail to reco.info.ams@gmail.com. Where possible we will resovle the issue ourselves of contact the responsible third party to investigate.

3.2 Complaints are generally handled by us within 14 days. We aim to provide you with excellent service at all times.
