Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

Please note that coffee is roasted fresh; processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or promotional periods.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer shipping via DHL, UPS, Post NL.

 

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic shipping: 1-3 business days

International shipping: 5-10 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

 

Complaints, Returns & Refunds Policy

Coffee Products (Perishable Goods)

Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee beans, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

 

However, we take quality very seriously. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

Incorrect items

Missing items

Quality Concerns

If you believe the coffee is defective or not up to our quality standards, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion after reviewing the issue.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
