Refund Policy
Our coffee beans are fresh produce and the standard return policy of 14 days does not apply. Due to health regulations open coffee bags may not be returned. Unopened, undamaged coffee bags may be returned only after contacting ReCo and receiving a written confirmation from ReCo to return the item(s). Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility unless the wrong item was delivered.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment with the following exceptions:
•Opened coffee bags
•Return shipping fees paid by the Client
If you have any issues or concerns with your delivered coffee, please contact us at reco.info.ams@gmail.com and we will respond within three working days.
