This coffee comes from Pitalito, Huila — one of Colombia’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions, home to many dedicated specialty coffee producers.
El Mirador Farm was founded in 2025 by siblings Yessica and Diego Parra. Their passion and strict attention to detail are reflected in every stage of production. From meticulous sorting techniques to multiple rounds of defect removal, they carefully protect the final cup quality with remarkable precision.
At El Mirador, they cultivate a wide range of varieties, from classic Caturra and Catuai to expressive Sidra and Geisha. For Re-Co, we selected this exceptional Pink Bourbon lot because of its captivating floral character and the vibrant sweetness that beautifully expresses the true identity of the Pink Bourbon varietal.
