Parainema is usually associated with Honduras, known there for its herby, spicy character. This lot carries that same signature but layers in a juicy body, real freshness, and a crisp acidity that explodes in the mouth.

Origin & Story
This coffee comes from Panama, grown by producer Diana Hartmann. Parainema is part of the Hachi Coffee Project, a collaboration between Diego Bermudez and Allan Hartmann dedicated to pushing the expressive potential of Panamanian coffee through careful, science-backed processing and varietal work. Within that project, Diego and Allan's work on Parainema has focused on softening its typical herbal bitterness and bringing forward its brighter, more complex side — which is exactly what shows up in this cup.
